You must contact FabGoods within 5 business days of receiving your shipment to obtain this. *You Must Request A RMA From Us Within 5 Business Days*

3) Mail Your Return
Package up your return. Please include your contact information and a brief description of the defect. Make sure to write your RMA number on the outside of your package. Mail your return to the address we provide with our RMA authorization e-mail. Returns must be received to the address provided within 7 business days of receiving our RMA e-mail. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it as an eligible return, we will issue a refund to your credit card, minus a 20% processing fee. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
